Return & Cancellation Policy

At Dar Al Huda Books, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unread, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned with its original packaging whenever possible.

  • Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A $8.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund when a return shipping label is provided by Dar Al Huda Books.

If you choose to use your own shipping method, you are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item. If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.

Restocking Fee

Dar Al Huda Books does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returned items.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but may be returned in accordance with this policy.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products or downloadable content

  • Clearance or final sale items (when clearly marked)
