Sign in using the email address used at checkout, select your order, and open its order status to see the latest available shipping information. You can also use the order-status link in your confirmation or shipping email.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Processing may take longer during periods of high order volume.
Delivery estimates depend on the shipping service selected at checkout and are not guaranteed. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.
No tracking number or updates?
Your shipping confirmation includes tracking information when available. If your order has no tracking number, shipment tracking cannot be displayed. A fulfilled status does not mean your package has been delivered.
If tracking is available but has not updated, check the carrier link on your order status page for the latest information.
